I'm just a no-frills, non-fancy, through and through Geek who changes his mind about some things just about as often as I change my shampoo, which is pretty frequently because I live by the belief that using the same shampoo over and over again is not good for the hair.
First and foremost, I'm a comics geek. I've been into comics since 1983 when a close friend introduced me to the world of superheroes with "Marvel's Super Heroes Secret War" #1. I was fascinated with all the colorful clothes, diverse powers, and unique personalities. I'd suddenly discovered a world where I could escape from the mundane world for a while.
At some point, I discovered other things to add to my geek profile. I read almost exclusively things that I like to say fall under the category of "Supernatural Fiction". This is to say that if it has vampires, witches, djinn, werewolves, magical creatures, or anything out of the ordinary, I'm probably willing to check it out. I'm always up for some new reading material.
You can check out my interests for a detailed list of things that I either have interest in now or had interest in at some point in the past. See my above paragraph about how my interests change like my shampoo.
Here for your information are the things that are currently holding my interest broken down by category type.
